Our martial arts program is about building confidence, respect and self-discipline through a combination of arts including Taekwondo, yoga and other martial arts styles. We believe that when a child has a foundation of self-confidence, respect for himself and others, along with what Taekwondo has to offer, he/she can overcome any obstacle in their path and ultimately be successful in life!

Mental Self Defense Martial Arts

Due to the effects of the pandemic we understand that many people, especially children, are faced with mental health challenges that they have never dealt with before– including anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, and in some cases attempted suicide. With our 25 + years of experience in working with children and adults in martial arts, life coaching, and licensed counseling services, we realized that we have many tools and techniques that have proven to be successful with mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and suicide prevention. Because of our success rate with this we have developed a unique mental self defense curriculum to help children and their families navigate through these challenging times.
